The Navy Children School (NCS), located in Chanakyapuri, New Delhi, is inviting applications to fill teaching and non-teaching positions on a contractual basis for the Academic Year 2025-26. Available roles include Post Graduate Teachers (PGT) for Geography, Physical Education, Computer Science, and Mathematics; a Trained Graduate Teacher (TGT) for Science; School Clerk/Office Assistant; ATL In-Charge; and IT Assistant. The school is dedicated to delivering quality education in a disciplined setting for the children of naval personnel and others.

How to Apply:

The NCS applications must be submitted in hard copy at the school reception (preferably by 1500h) or sent via post to arrive by 06 November 2025. Email applications will not be accepted. The procedure is as follows:-

• Step 1: Download the application form from the school website ncsdelhi.nesnavy.in or collect it from the school reception.
• Step 2: Complete the form and attach the necessary documents of educational qualifications.
• Step 3: Pay the application fee of Rs100/- through electronic transfer to the School Bank Account: Name – Navy Children School, Account No. – 279010100047782, IFSC – UTIB0000279 (Axis Bank, Daryaganj Branch, Delhi).
• Step 4: Submit the completed form along with the documents and proof of fee payment at NCS Delhi by 06 Nov 2025.

Eligibility Criteria:

Post Name	Educational Qualification & Experience
PGT (Geography, Physical Education, Computer Science, Mathematics)	Master’s Degree in relevant subject with at least 55% marks (regular course). B.Ed. in relevant subject or equivalent with at least 50% marks (regular course). Studied requisite subject at Senior Secondary and Graduation levels. Preference: Experience teaching relevant subject in recognized CBSE School(s).
TGT (Science)	Bachelor’s Degree in relevant subject with at least 55% marks (regular course). B.Ed. in relevant subject or equivalent with at least 50% marks (regular course). Studied relevant subject at Senior Secondary level. Preference: Regular Master’s Degree in relevant subject and/or experience teaching in recognized CBSE school(s).
School Clerk/Office Assistant	Bachelor’s Degree (or equivalent in Armed Forces) with knowledge of clerical duties. Typing speed: 40 wpm. Ability to correspond in English. 3 years’ experience in office work. Preference: Relevant experience as PO or above (or equivalent in Army/IAF). Computer proficiency in MS Office/AI tools/ERP. Desirable: 3 years’ accounting experience, proficiency in financial management/cash accounts/AI tools/ERP/accounting software.
ATL In-Charge	Bachelor’s Degree in Science, Engineering, Maths, Design or Innovation with minimum 55% marks (regular course). Desirable: 3-5 years’ experience working with students on technology & innovation projects and school systems.
IT Assistant	Diploma in IT/Hardware Maintenance OR 10+2 with ITI/Certificate in IT/Hardware Maintenance (or equivalent in Armed Forces). At least 3 years’ experience in IT Hardware/Network maintenance. Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint). Ability to correspond in English. Preference: 5 years’ relevant experience as PO or above (or equivalent in Army/IAF).
Common Requirements (All Posts)	Good personality, excellent English communication skills, ability to communicate in Hindi. Working knowledge of Computer/AI tools/ERP/LMS and MS Office. Physically and medically fit.

Age Limit: (as on 01 Jul 2025)

• 21 to 50 years for all posts.
• Upper age limit relaxed for ex-NCS staff by years of service, not exceeding 55 years.
