The National Board of Examinations in Medical Sciences (NBEMS) has today announced the provisional timetable for NEET PG 2026 and NEET MDS 2026. According to the official announcement, both assessments will be administered in a computer-based test (CBT) format at various centers nationwide.
As per the proposed schedule, the NEET MDS 2026 examination is tentatively set to occur on May 2, 2026 (Saturday). The deadline for the completion of internship for NEET MDS candidates has been established as May 31, 2026.
In the meantime, the NEET PG 2026 examination is anticipated to be held on August 30, 2026 (Sunday). Candidates intending to take the NEET PG must finish their internship by September 30, 2026, in accordance with the provisional eligibility criteria outlined in the announcement.
The board has emphasized that this is merely a tentative schedule and that comprehensive details regarding eligibility, application procedures, examination formats, and other essential guidelines will be disseminated separately through the relevant information bulletins.
Candidates are encouraged to frequently check the official website, natboard.edu.in, for updates and announcements pertaining to NEET PG 2026 and NEET MDS 2026.
