• Step 2: First-time users are required to register by entering basic information to create a User ID and Password.
• Step 3: Log in and meticulously complete the detailed online application form.
• Step 4: Upload the scanned photograph, signature, left/right thumb impression, and any necessary certificates.
• Step 5: If applicable, pay the application fee and ensure the form is submitted by 21st January 2026 (11:59 PM).
• Step 6: Print a copy of the application for your records.

Eligibility Criteria:

• A Bachelor’s Degree in any field from an accredited University.
• Basic computer skills are required (Internet, Email, Word Processing, Data Analysis & Presentation).
• Proficiency in reading, writing, and speaking Odia is necessary, along with meeting one of the following criteria:

– Completion of Middle School Exam with Odia as a language subject, OR

– Completion of HSC or an equivalent qualification with Odia as the medium of instruction in a non-language subject, OR

– Successful completion of Odia in Class-VII or higher, OR

– Passing the Odia test at the ME School standard administered by the School & Mass Education Department.

Age Limit:

• Minimum Age: 21 years
• Maximum Age: 42 years (as on 01-01-2025)
• Upper age relaxation: 05 years for SC/ST/SEBC/Women, 10 years for PwD candidates

Selection Process:

Stage-I: Preliminary Written Examination (150 Marks)

Stage-II: Main Written Examination (200 Marks) + Computer Skill Test (if required)
