How to Apply:

• Step 1: Access the official website sssb.punjab.gov.in starting from 04th December 2025.
• Step 2: If you are a new user, complete the One-Time Registration and then log in.
• Step 3: Carefully fill out the online application form and upload your recent passport-size photograph, signature, 10th certificate, graduation certificate, and any other necessary documents.
• Step 4: Pay the application fee online and ensure the form is submitted by 26th December 2025 (05:00 PM).
• Step 5: Print the final submitted application along with the fee receipt.

Eligibility Criteria:

• A Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited university or institution.
• Must have completed the Punjabi subject up to the 10th grade.
• Holds a minimum of 120 hours of coursework along with practical experience in using a Personal Computer or IT in Office Productivity applications, or possesses an ‘O’ Level certificate from DOEACC.
• Successfully passes a Stenography test in Punjabi at a speed of 80 words per minute and transcription at 15 words per minute.

Age Limit (as on 01.01.2025):

• Minimum: 18 Years
• Maximum: 37 Years
• Age relaxation applicable as per Punjab Government rules (SC/ST/BC/Ex-SM/PwBD etc.)
