How to Apply:

The applications for the RWF Sports Quota must be submitted offline via post using the prescribed format found in the notification PDF. The steps for the application process are outlined as follows:-

• Step 1: Download and complete the application form in your own handwriting on high-quality A-4 size paper. Attach a passport-sized photograph and sign the form.
• Step 2: Include self-attested photocopies of your educational certificates, sports achievement certificates, community certificate, and proof of online fee payment (if applicable).
• Step 3: Dispatch the completed application in an envelope marked “Application against Sports Quota (Open Advertisement) dated 15.11.2025 recruitment for the year 2025-26” to: The Assistant Personnel Officer-IV, Personnel Department, Rail Wheel Factory (Ministry of Railways), Administrative Building, Yelahanka, Bangalore – 560064. Ensure that it is received by 29th November 2025 by 5:00 PM.

Eligibility Criteria:

• Level-2 Technician (GP Rs.1900): Completion of 10th grade along with a National Apprenticeship Certificate (NAC) or completion of 10th grade with ITI, or simply completion of 10th grade (selected candidates will be required to undergo 02 years of training).
• Level-2 Junior Clerk / Accounts Clerk: Completion of Matriculation and 12th Class or an equivalent qualification.
• Level-1 Positions: Completion of 10th grade (Matric) or ITI or an equivalent qualification or NAC.
• Candidates must have represented India or their State in recognized sporting events in accordance with established norms.

Age Limit:

• 18 to 25 years as on 01.01.2026.
• Age relaxation as per Government of India rules (SC/ST: 5 years; OBC: 3 years; etc.)
