Eligibility:
Registrar (Deputation): A Master’s Degree with a minimum of 55% marks and 15 years of experience.
Finance Officer (Deputation): A Master’s Degree with at least 55% marks, comparable experience to that of the Registrar, with an emphasis on Finance and Accounts.
Deputy Registrar: A Master’s Degree with a minimum of 55% marks and 9 years of relevant experience.
Medical Officer: An MBBS degree with at least 60% marks and 3 years of relevant experience.
Assistant Registrar: A Master’s Degree with a minimum of 55% marks and 5 years of relevant experience.
Superintendent (Grade-I): A Master’s Degree with at least 55% marks and 3 years of relevant experience.
Technical Superintendent (Grade-I): A Master’s Degree in Engineering, Science, or Computer Science with a minimum of 55% marks and 3 years of relevant experience.
System Superintendent (Grade-I): A Master’s in Computer Science Engineering, Information Technology, MCA, or M.Sc. (IT) with at least 55% marks and 3 years of relevant experience.
Assistant (Grade-I): A Bachelor’s Degree with a minimum of 55% marks and 1 year of experience, or a Master’s Degree, along with a Diploma in Computer Application and typing skills in English or Hindi. For Accounts: B.Com or M.Com with proficiency in Tally.
Technician (Grade-I): A Bachelor’s Degree in Science or Engineering with at least 55% marks, or a 3-year Diploma with 1 year of experience.
Age Limit:
Registrar, Finance Officer: Up to 57 years
Deputy Registrar, Medical Officer: Up to 50 years
Assistant Registrar: Up to 45 years
Superintendent, Technical Superintendent, System Superintendent: Up to 35 years
Assistant, Technician: Up to 30 years
Age relaxation applicable as per RGIPT rules.

Deputy Registrar: Level-12
Medical Officer: Level-11

Selection Process:
Eligible candidates will be selected through the following methods based on pay level:
Level-14, Level-12: Presentation & Interview
Level-10, Level-11: Phase-1: Written Test & Computer Test (MCQ via OMR); Phase-2: Presentation & Interview
Level-6, Level-3: Phase-1: Written Test (MCQ via OMR); Phase-2: Computer/Trade/Skill Test (MCQ or Personal Interaction)
