Educational Qualification and Experience:

| Programmer | Bachelor’s Degree in Electronic Engineering or Computer Engineering (OR) M.Sc. with PG Diploma in Computer Application (OR) MCA. Minimum 05 years’ experience. |
| Senior Technical Assistant (Computer) | Bachelor of Engineering or Bachelor of Technology in Computer Science or Electronics and Communication Engineering or Information Technology (OR) MCA (OR) M.Sc. in Computer Science. |
| Assistant | Any Degree. Working knowledge of computer application and commonly used utility programmes and software. Minimum 08 years regular service. |
| Junior Engineer (Electrical) | Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering + 03 years regular service (OR) Diploma in Electrical Engineering + 05 years regular service. |
| Upper Division Clerk | Degree + Minimum 08 years regular service. |
| Private Secretary | Degree along with proficiency in English and knowledge of computer application. English typing speed 40 words-per-minute and proficiency in computer operations. English shorthand- junior grade (80 words-per-minute) |
