The Railway Recruitment Board (RRB) has announced the application status for the non-technical popular categories (NTPC) Undergraduate 2026 on its official website, allowing candidates to verify whether their applications have been accepted or rejected. The determination of the application status is the initial step in confirming eligibility for the forthcoming examination.
As stated by the RRB, the application status will indicate if it has been accepted, conditionally accepted, or rejected, along with the reasons provided.
“While every effort has been made to ensure the accuracy of the list of provisionally eligible candidates, the RRB retains the right to correct any unintentional errors or typographical/printing mistakes. The RRB expresses its inability to respond to any inquiries from candidates who are ineligible or have been rejected,” the RRB stated.
Furthermore, the RRB emphasized that all applications from eligible or accepted candidates are provisional and may be revoked at any point during the recruitment process or subsequently if any discrepancies, deficiencies, false information, or malpractice are discovered.

Candidates can follow these steps to check their application status:
1. Navigate to the official website of the respective regional RRB.
2. On the homepage, click on the link for the RRB NTPC Graduate Level Recruitment 2025 Application Status.
3. Input the required login information on the subsequent page.
4. Press Submit to view the status of your application.
5. Review the status and download the page for your records.
6. Retain a hard copy for future reference.
Registration for this recruitment commenced on October 21, 2025, and concluded on November 27, 2025. The correction window was available from November 30 to December 9, 2025.
A total of 5,810 positions will be filled through this recruitment initiative. This includes 161 Chief Commercial cum Ticket Supervisor roles, 615 Station Master roles, 3,416 Goods Train Manager roles, 921 Junior Accounts Assistant cum Typist roles, 638 Senior Clerk cum Typist roles, and 59 Traffic Assistant roles.
