• Step 1: Starting from 13th December 2025, visit the UPSC Online portal at upsconline.nic.in and complete the registration process by providing accurate personal information, contact details, educational qualifications, and work experience.
• Step 2: Upload the necessary documents, including a recent photograph, signature, and educational certificates, in the specified format.
• Step 3: If applicable, pay the application fee online using a debit/credit card or net banking. Ensure that you submit the form by 01st January 2026 (23:59 hrs).

Eligibility Criteria:

• Examiner of Trade Marks & Geographical Indications: Degree in Law + 02 years’ experience in handling Court cases and other legal matters or in handling matters of Trademarks and Geographical Indications.
• Deputy Director (Examination Reforms): A Ph.D. in any field within the Humanities, Science, Commerce, Engineering, Technology, or a professional discipline such as Law, Management, Finance, or Accounting, along with at least 5 years of post-qualification experience in teaching at the degree level, research, the creation of teaching and learning materials, curriculum development, educational assessment, examination reforms, and the development and administration of online examinations.

Pay Scale:

• Examiner of Trade Marks & Geographical Indications: Level- 07 in the Pay Matrix as per 7th CPC.
• Deputy Director (Examination Reforms): Level- 11 in the Pay Matrix as per 7th CPC.
