Eligibility Criteria:

• Assistant Manager (PS) – Probationer: Full-time 4-year B.E./B.Tech./Integrated M.Tech./Dual-degree B.Tech-M.Tech./B.Sc.-B.Tech.
• Assistant Manager (Civil) – Probationer: Full-time 4-year B.E./B.Tech./Integrated M.Tech./Dual-degree B.Tech-M.Tech./B.Sc.-B.Tech. in Civil/Construction Engineering from a UGC-recognized University/AICTE-approved Institute/IITs/NITs.
• Assistant Manager (HR&A) – Probationer: Graduation with a full-time 2-year MBA/MHRM or a Post-Graduate Degree/Diploma in Personnel Management/IR/HR from a UGC-recognized University/AICTE-approved Institute/IIMs/XLRI/IIT B-Schools.
• Assistant Manager (IT) – Probationer: Full-time 4-year B.E./B.Tech./Integrated M.Tech./Dual-degree B.Tech-M.Tech./B.Sc.-B.Tech. in IT/Computer Science from a UGC-recognized University/AICTE-approved Institute/IITs/NITs.
• Safety Officer: Graduate in Engineering/Technology with 2 years of supervisory experience OR Honours Graduate in Physics/Chemistry with 5 years of experience OR Diploma in Engineering with 5 years of experience in relevant factory roles.
• Operation & Maintenance Supervisor – Probationer: Full-time Diploma or lateral entry Diploma in the relevant discipline.
• Chemist – Probationer: B.Sc. (Honours) in Chemistry.
• Draughtsman: Madhyamik or equivalent with a 2-year Trade Certificate in Draughtsman (Civil/Mechanical).
• Office Executive: Graduation with 50% aggregate or Honours in any discipline.
• Operator / Technician – Probationer: Madhyamik or equivalent with a 2-year Trade Certificate/Broad Based Basic Training (BBBT).
• Assistant Teacher (High School): Honours Graduate/Master’s in the relevant subject with 50% marks + B.Ed. (or B.P.Ed./Integrated B.P.Ed. for Physical Education) from NCTE-recognized Institutes/UGC-recognized Universities.
• Librarian: Graduation with a Degree in Library Science.

Age Limit:

• Age Limit: Up to 32 Years (as on 01/09/2025) for unreserved category.
• Age Relaxation: 5 years for SC/ST, 3 years for OBC (NCL), 10 years for PWBD (maximum age 45 years with all relaxations).

Pay Scale:

• Assistant Manager (PS/Civil/HR&A/IT) & Safety Officer: Rs.56,100 – 1,60,500/- (Pay Level 8).
• Operation & Maintenance Supervisor, Sub-Assistant Engineer (Civil), Chemist: Rs.36,800 – 1,06,700/- (Pay Level 6).
• Draughtsman, Operator/Technician: Rs.23,400 – 68,900/- (Pay Level 3).
• Office Executive: Rs.29,000 – 84,500/- (Pay Level 4).
• Assistant Teacher: Rs.39,900 – 1,02,800/- (Honours Graduate, Pay Level 8) or Rs.42,600 – 1,09,800/- (Post Graduate, Pay Level 9).
• Librarian: Rs.32,100 – 82,900/- (Pay Level 5).

Selection Process:

Candidates will be selected through the following stages:

• Computer Based Test (CBT) for all posts.
• Class Demonstration Test (CDT) for Assistant Teacher posts.
