Executive Cadre (E-5 / E-4 / E-1):
- B.E./B.Tech in the pertinent field (minimum 55% marks) along with 2–16 years of post-qualification experience, depending on the position and grade.
Executive Trainee / Management Trainee:
- B.E./B.Tech / Graduate plus CA/ICWA/MBA/PGDM (in a relevant specialization) with at least 55% marks.
- No previous experience is necessary.
Non-Executive Cadre:
- 10th Pass / Graduate with applicable experience (1 year).
Contractual Posts:
- B.E./B.Tech / M.A. in Hindi with relevant experience (2–4 years).
