• Step 1: Access the application portal at https://hllmt.cbtexam.in and register using accurate information.
• Step 2: Carefully fill out the online application form with your personal, educational, and discipline information.
• Step 3: Upload scanned copies of your Photograph, Signature, and any required documents.
• Step 4: If applicable, pay the application fee online and submit your application.
• Step 5: Print the system-generated application form and fee receipt for your records.

Eligibility Criteria:

• Age Limit: The maximum age is set at 27 years as of 01.02.2026 (with relaxations for SC/ST: 5 years, OBC (NCL): 3 years, and PwBD: 10 years in accordance with Government regulations).
• Qualification: A full-time relevant Degree/MBA/MSW with a minimum aggregate of 65% marks from recognized institutions (as specified in the discipline-wise details).
