Barnala District Court Recruitment 2025: Application Form 32 Stenographer & Clerk Positions

The Office of the District & Sessions Judge in Barnala has issued a public notification regarding the recruitment of 25 Clerks and 07 Stenographer Grade-III positions on an ad-hoc basis. These openings are available for an initial period of six months or until the Hon’ble Punjab and Haryana High Court in Chandigarh makes regular appointments, whichever occurs first. How to Apply:

Eligible candidates are required to submit their applications using the designated proforma (Annexure-B) to the Office of the District & Sessions Judge, Barnala, either by registered post or in person by September 25, 2025, at 5:00 P.M.

Eligibility Criteria:

• Clerk (Ad-hoc): A Bachelor’s degree in Arts, Science, or an equivalent qualification from a recognized university, along with Matriculation in Punjabi as a subject and proficiency in Computer Applications (including Word Processing and Spreadsheets).
• Stenographer Grade-III (Ad-hoc): A Bachelor’s degree in Arts, Science, or an equivalent qualification from a recognized university, with Matriculation in Punjabi as a subject and proficiency in stenography as well as computer applications.

Age Limit:

• 18 to 37 years as on 01/09/2025 for General Category.
• Age relaxation applicable for reserved categories as per Punjab Government and Hon’ble High Court norms.

Monthly Salary:

• Clerk (Ad-hoc): Rs.29,200/- (fixed monthly salary according to letter No. 1230 Spl/E.II/VI-I.B.4 (Pb.) 7-E dated 03.12.2024).
• Stenographer Grade-III (Ad-hoc): Rs.29,200/- (fixed monthly salary, subject to changes as per directives from the Punjab Government and High Court).
