SSC Constable GD Recruitment 2026: Online Application Form 25487 Vacancies

The Staff Selection Commission (SSC) has officially announced the notification for the recruitment of Constable (GD) in CAPFs, SSF, Rifleman (GD) in Assam Rifles, and Sepoy in the NCB Examination-2026, which encompasses 25,487 vacancies.

Eligible candidates, both male and female, who have completed Matriculation/10th class, are encouraged to submit their applications online before the deadline. This recruitment initiative represents one of the largest efforts to fill Constable GD positions in BSF, CISF, CRPF, SSB, ITBP, AR, and SSF.

How to Apply:

Applications can only be submitted through the online platform at https://ssc.gov.in

• Step 1: Navigate to ssc.gov.in → Click on “Apply” → Select the GD-Constable tab.
• Step 2: If you have not previously registered, complete the One-Time Registration (OTR).
• Step 3: Log in → Fill out the application form → Upload your photo, signature, and certificates.
• Step 4: If applicable, pay the fee and ensure submission before 31.12.2025 (23:00 hrs).
• Step 5: Print a copy of the application for your records.

Eligibility Criteria:

• Matriculation (10th Class Pass) from a recognized Board/University as on or before 01.01.2026
• Candidates appearing in 10th class in 2026 are NOT eligible

Age Limit (as on 01.01.2026):

• Minimum 18 years & Maximum 23 years (Born not earlier than 02.01.2003 and not later than 01.01.2008)
• Relaxation: SC/ST → 5 years | OBC → 3 years | Ex-Servicemen → 3 years after deduction of military service
