Haryana Kaushal Rozgar Nigam Limited (HKRN), a skill development initiative by the Government of Haryana, has announced the official notification for the recruitment of Home Based Caregivers for 2025 in Israel. HKRN is inviting online applications from individuals who have completed their 10th grade and are certified caregivers for the recruitment of 5000 Home Based Caregiver positions through the NSDC-Government to Government Arrangement. These roles involve providing caregiving support to individuals with disabilities, including the elderly, in Israel.

How to Apply:

The HKRN Online Registration will be conducted via the official HKRN portal. The steps for the HKRN Vacancy Online Registration Process are as follows:-

• Step 1: Registration for the Online Application Form – Candidates must provide personal information, generate an Application Number, and create a Password.
• Step 2: Complete the Application Form – Candidates can log in using the system-generated Application Number and password. They should upload a scanned copy of their Recent Photograph, Signature, educational certificates, caregiving diploma/certificate, passport, etc.
• Step 3: Submit the Application Form by 30th November 2025. Prepare for the online video recorded interview. The candidate is responsible for arranging the joining ticket.

Eligibility Criteria:

Min. 10th Pass. Proven intermediate English skills.

Certificate in caregiving (990 hours including OJT) from recognized Indian authority OR GDA/ANM/GNM/BSc Nursing/Post BSc Nursing.

Height: 1.5m+, Weight: 45kg+. Passport valid 3+ years. PCC required. Medically fit as per Israel visa norms. Gender: Female (90%)/Male (10%). Never worked in Israel; no family there. Physically/mentally healthy.
