HPCL LNG Limited (HPLNG), a wholly owned subsidiary of Hindustan Petroleum Corporation Limited (HPCL), has announced the opening of applications for 03 positions in the Fire, Safety & Security field under Advertisement Reference: HPLNG/2025/03. Eligible candidates possessing engineering degrees in Fire/Safety along with relevant experience may submit their applications online from 9th December 2025 to 30th December 2025.

How to Apply:

The HPLNG Online Application must be submitted via the official portal. Please adhere to the following steps for successful registration and submission:

  • Step 1: Access hplng.in or the direct link starting from 9th December 2025 and register using a valid email and mobile number (ensure it remains active for 1 year).
  • Step 2: Complete the Personal Information Form and upload a single PDF file that includes: an Updated Resume, all Educational Certificates (10th/12th/Graduation/PG/Certifications), and Work Experience Letters (including the current appointment letter).
  • Step 3: Verify that the documents are in the required format (no ZIP/RAR files).
  • Step 4: Submit the form by 30th December 2025. No modifications are permitted after submission. Please print a copy for your records.

Eligibility Criteria:

  • A full-time regular B.E./B.Tech. Degree in Fire Engineering, Safety Engineering, or a related field (minimum 60% marks; 50% for SC/ST) from a university accredited by AICTE/UGC.
  • For the Assistant Vice President (AVP) role: A PG Diploma in Fire/Safety is necessary if the primary degree is not in Fire/Safety. Acceptable disciplines include Fire & Safety, Industrial Safety, and others.
  • AVP Experience: A total of 18 years of professional experience is required, with at least 5 years in the Large Hydrocarbon Sector (LNG/Gas/Refinery/Petrochemical/LPG) or in Process/Fertiliser/Manufacturing Plants with a turnover of Rs.500 Cr or more, or a mix of these with a minimum of 2 years in a managerial position. Candidates with experience in LNG Terminal operations will be given preference.
  • Senior Officer Experience: At least 2 years in firefighting management within Hydrocarbon/Heavy Industry/Process Plants, or specifically in Large Hydrocarbon firefighting, depending on qualifications. Knowledge of Gujarati is preferred.
  • Only Indian Nationals are eligible to apply. Only post-qualification experience will be taken into account.

Age Limit:

  • AVP: Up to 45 years (extendable to 51 years depending on experience in the Large Hydrocarbon sector: +1 year for each additional year of experience beyond 18, with a maximum extension of +6 years)
  • Senior Officer: Up to 27 years
  • Relaxations: 5 years for SC/ST; 3 years for OBC-NC; 5 years for those domiciled in J&K (1980-1989); Ex-Servicemen according to Government regulations. Cut-off date: 30.12.2025
