Indian Army SSC Tech Recruitment 2025: Online Applications Open for 370+ Officer Positions

The Indian Army is calling for online applications from qualified unmarried Male and Female Engineering Graduates for the 66th Short Service Commission (Tech) Men Course and the 66th Short Service Commission (Tech) Women Course, which will begin in April 2026. This recruitment initiative seeks to fill over 379 vacancies. The online registration period will run from 16th July 2025 to 14th August 2025.

• Candidates who meet the eligibility criteria should submit their applications online via the official Indian Army website www.joinindianarmy.nic.in (Select ‘Officer Entry Apply/Login’ followed by ‘Registration’) starting from 16/07/2025.
• Fill in all necessary information and upload self-attested copies of the required documents along with the originals.
• Only one online application should be submitted.
• The deadline for submitting online applications is 14/08/2025 by 15:00 Hours.

Eligibility Criteria:

Post	Eligibility Conditions
SSC (Tech) – 66th Men and Women	B.E./B.Tech in any Engineering stream with a passing certificate from a recognized University. Candidates in the final year of Engineering degree must submit proof of passing with all semester/year Marksheets by 01/04/2026 and produce the Engineering Degree Certificate within 12 weeks from the start of training at Officers Training Academy (OTA), Chennai Tamil Nadu. Unmarried Male and Female candidates. Age Limit: 20 to 27 years.
SSCW (Non Tech) – Widows	Graduation/Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline. Age Limit: Maximum 35 years. Applicable only for Widows of Indian Armed Forces Defence Personnel who died in harness.
