NHAI Young Professional (Legal) Recruitment Announcement for 44 Positions in 2025-26. The National Highways Authority of India (NHAI), an Autonomous Body under the Ministry of Road Transport & Highways, is seeking applications from qualified Law Graduates for the recruitment of 44 Young Professionals (YP) (Legal) on a contractual basis for placement at NHAI Offices nationwide.

Selection will be based on merit from the Common Law Admission Test (CLAT), 2022 onward (Post Graduate) Score. The deadline for submitting online applications is 25th September 2025.

How to Apply:

Eligible candidates must submit their applications online via the NHAI Official website. Applicants are required to upload the following documents: –

  • Photograph
  • Signature
  • X Certificate (as proof of Date of Birth)
  • Caste/Category Certificate (SC/ST/OBC-NCL/EWS)
  • Law Degree Certificate
  • CLAT (PG) 2022 score Card
  • Proof of Experience (if applicable)
  •  PwBD Disability Proof (if applicable)

Upon completion of the application form, a Unique Reference Number along with the applicant’s details will be generated under the subject “Application Acknowledgement.” This acknowledgement will also be automatically sent to the applicant’s registered email ID.

Salary:

  • Rs.60,000 – Rs.65,000 per month (all-inclusive).
  • 5% annual increment based on performance.
  • With 1–2 years relevant experience: Rs.65,000 – Rs.70,000 per month.

Age Limit:

  • Not below 32 years as on closing date i.e. 25th September 2025.

Selection Process:

Selection for the NHAI Young Professional Legal positions will be based on merit determined by the Common Law Admission Test (CLAT) scores from 2022 onwards (Post Graduate).
