Chief Technology Officer: Master’s/Bachelor’s in Engineering/Technology (Computer Science/IT/Electronics & Telecommunication/Electrical) or MCA with 15 years IT experience, including 5 years at senior management level. Chief Information Security Officer: Master’s/Bachelor’s in Engineering/Technology (Computer Science/IT/Electronics & Telecommunication/Electrical) or MCA, plus CISA/CISM/CISSP/CDPSE/CCSP certification, with 15 years IT/Information Security experience, including 5 years in Cyber Security. Chief Risk Officer: Graduate/Postgraduate in Economics/Statistics/Finance/Business, MBA/PGDM, or CA/CS with 20 years BFSI experience, including 5 years in Risk Management. Head: Learning and Development: CA/CMA/CS/MBA or equivalent with 15 years in Training/HR/Learning & Development, including 24 months in Housing Finance. Administrator: Learning and Development: CA/CMA/CS/MBA or equivalent with 12 years in Training/HR/Learning & Development, including 12 months in Housing Finance. Senior Tax Officer: CA with 10 years in tax matters in Banks/HFCs/Regulatory bodies/PSUs. Senior Application Developer: B.E./B.Tech./MCA/M.Tech./B.Sc./M.Sc. (CS/IT) with 4 years relevant experience. • Chief Risk Officer: Rs.5 lakh/month (Rs.3.75 lakh fixed + Rs.1.25 lakh variable, performance-linked), 3-year contract or until 65 years, extendable to 5 years.
• Chief Technology Officer: Rs.5 lakh/month (Rs.3.75 lakh fixed + Rs.1.25 lakh variable, performance-linked), 3-year contract, extendable to 5 years.
