The National Monuments Authority (NMA), a statutory entity operating under the Ministry of Culture, Government of India, is seeking applications for various positions at its headquarters in New Delhi on a deputation basis (which includes short-term contracts). Qualified officers from Central/State Governments, Union Territories, Statutory/Autonomous Organizations, or Public Sector Undertakings are invited to apply for 08 vacancies across different roles. How to Apply:

• Applications should be submitted using the specified preform (which can be found in the notification) along with certified copies of APARs for the last five years, Vigilance Clearance, Integrity Certificate, and Penalty Statement (Annexure B).
• Applications must be sent to: Director, National Monuments Authority, 24, Tilak Marg, New Delhi – 110001 by the deadline of October 13, 2025.
• The name of the post should be clearly indicated on the envelope.
• Applications are required to be submitted through the appropriate channels; advance copies will not be accepted.
• The duration of deputation is generally not to exceed three years.

Eligibility Criteria:

• Architectural Drawing Officer: Degree/Diploma in Architecture; over 3 years’ experience in architecture; currently holding similar positions OR 3 years in Level-6 OR 5 years in Level-5.
• Photo Officer: Bachelor’s Degree in Photography; over 5 years’ experience in photography; currently holding similar positions OR 3 years in Level-5.
• System Analyst: B.Tech/B.E./B.Sc-Engg. (Electronics/Computers/IT) OR M.Sc (IT) OR MCA; a minimum of 2 years’ programming experience in .NET, PHP, SQL, C++, JAVA; currently holding similar positions OR 3 years’ service in Level-9.
• Stenographer Grade-II: Completion of 12th grade; over 3 years’ experience in routine office tasks/assisting officers; currently holding similar positions OR 3 years in Level-2.
• Survey Officer: Completion of 12th grade + Diploma/Certificate (minimum 2 years) in Surveying OR a Diploma in Civil Engineering; currently holding similar positions OR 5 years’ service in Level-6.

Age Limit:

• Maximum 56 years as on the application closing date (October 13, 2025).
