SAIL Medical Attendant & Other Training Recruitment 2025 Notification for 112 Vacancies. Steel Authority of India Limited (SAIL) is seeking online applications from disadvantaged residents of Sundargarh District and other districts in Odisha for one-year training programs at Ispat General Hospital, Rourkela. The training programs encompass Medical Attendant, Hospital Administration, and OT/Anesthesia Assistant Training, offering a total of 112 positions. How to Apply:

Eligible candidates are required to submit their applications online via the SAIL portal (igh.sailrsp.co.in) between September 15, 2025, and September 30, 2025. Please adhere to the following steps:

1. Navigate to igh.sailrsp.co.in.
2. Click on “Apply for Trainee Advt. no.-Ref. No. HR-T&M/1090, Date: 09/09/2025” located under “What’s New”.
3. Choose “Online Application Form” and complete all mandatory fields.
4. Carefully submit the form to generate an Application ID for future reference.
5. After submission, review and print the completed application form, declaration form, and document verification form.
6. Sign the forms where indicated and attach a recent passport-sized color photograph to the application form.

Eligibility Criteria:

• Medical Attendant Training: A minimum of Matriculation or its equivalent from a recognized board.
• Hospital Administration Training: An MBA/BBA/PG Diploma (at least 2 years for MBA, 3 years for BBA, and 2 years for PG Diploma) in Hospital Management, Hospital Administration, Human Resources, Marketing, or Finance from a recognized institution. Candidates with relevant specializations will be given preference.
• OT/Anesthesia Assistant Training: Completion of Intermediate (12th grade) from a recognized council and a 1-year training program as a Hospital Attendant/Anesthesia Attendant from a reputable institute or hospital.
• Additional Requirement: Candidates must reside in Sundargarh District or other districts within Odisha, with a preference for those from Bisra, Kuarmunda, Nuagaon, Lathikata Blocks, Rourkela Municipality, Rourkela Industrial Township, RSP Resettlement Colonies, or RSP model steel villages.

Age Limit:

• Minimum 18 years and maximum 35 years as on the date of advertisement (09/09/2025).
• Age relaxations applicable as per government norms for reserved categories.

Stipend Details:

• Medical Attendant Training: Rs.7,000/- per month.
• Hospital Administration Training: Rs.15,000/- per month.
• OT/Anesthesia Assistant Training: Rs.9,000/- per month.
