Talcher Fertilizers Limited (TFL), a joint venture formed by Coal India Limited (CIL), GAIL (India) Limited, Rashtriya Chemicals and Fertilizers Limited (RCFL), and Fertilizer Corporation of India Limited (FCIL), has issued an official notification regarding the Recruitment of Executives in the Legal & Company Secretary Discipline for 2025 through the Institute of Company Secretaries of India (ICSI).

TFL is inviting online applications from qualified Indian citizens for the positions of Chief Manager and Manager in the Legal & Company Secretary discipline. The deadline for submitting applications is 21st October 2025.

How to Apply:

The TFL Online Registration will exclusively occur through the Institute of Company Secretaries of India (ICSI) Placement Portal. No alternative application methods will be permitted. The steps for the TFL Vacancy Online Registration Process are as follows:-

• Step 1: Confirm your eligibility and gather the necessary documents (Photograph, Signature, Educational/Experience Certificates, Fee Receipt, etc.) as outlined.
• Step 2: Access the ICSI Placement Portal, register or log in, search for TFL Recruitment, complete the online application form, and upload self-attested scanned copies of all documents in PDF or JPG format.
• Step 3: Pay the application fee of Rs.500/- by depositing it into TFL’s SBI account and upload the receipt. Ensure to submit the form by 21.10.2025 (18:00 hours). Print a copy for your records.

Chief Manager (E-5)	ACS from ICSI + Full time regular Bachelor Degree in Law + Minimum 12 years post-qualification executive experience in Company Secretarial function (in Govt/PSUs/JVs/Large Private Organizations).
Manager (E-3) MBA programs online Company Secretary training	ACS from ICSI + Full time regular Bachelor Degree in Law + Minimum 04 years post-qualification executive experience in Company Secretarial function (in Govt/PSUs/JVs/Large Private Organizations).
