• Completion of Higher Secondary (H.S. +2) or an equivalent examination with a minimum of 35% marks, OR successful completion of the Madhyamik examination along with a Stenography Course from any ITI, also with at least 35% marks.
• Proficiency in computer operation and possession of a certificate from a government or government-recognized institution.

Age Limit:

• 18 to 40 years as on 23/09/2025.
• Upper age relaxation: 5 years for SC/ST/PH and Government Servants.

Pay Scale:

• Level-9, Rs.5,700-24,000+ Grade Pay Rs.2,800/- (PB-2, Pre-revised).
