- Assistant Government Advocate: Law degree + 7 years of experience in the State Judicial Service.
- Deputy Government Advocate: Law degree + 10 years of experience in the State Judicial Service.
- Deputy Legal Adviser: Law degree + 10 years of experience in the State Judicial Service.
- Lecturer (Urdu): Postgraduate degree in Urdu along with a B.Ed.
- Medical Officer: MBBS degree.
- Accounts Officer: Bachelor’s degree.
- Assistant Director: Master’s degree in Social Work, Sociology, Economics, Anthropology, Social Anthropology, Applied Anthropology, Statistics, Psychology, Geography, or Mathematics (with Statistics).
Age Limit:
- Additional Government Advocate: 50 years (UR), 55 years (STs).
- Additional Legal Adviser: 50 years (UR).
- Assistant Legal Adviser: 40 years (UR/EWSs), 43 years (OBCs), 45 years (SCs/STs), 50 years (PwBDs).
- Assistant Government Advocate: 40 years (UR).
- Deputy Government Advocate: 50 years (UR).

Selection Process:
- Interview or Recruitment Test (RT) followed by Interview.
- Minimum Marks: UR/EWS: 50, OBC: 45, SC/ST/PwBD: 40 (out of 100 for Interview).
- Shortlisting based on higher qualifications, experience, or RT (75:25 weightage for RT: Interview).
