UCSL Assistant Manager Remuneration:

Rs.49,500/- (1st year), Rs.50,700/- (2nd year), Rs.51,940/- (3rd year), Rs.53,220/- (4th year), Rs.54,540/- (5th year) per month as consolidated pay, subject to project requirements and performance.

UCSL Assistant Manager Eligibility Criteria:

Educational Qualifications:

• Minimum 3 years post-qualification experience.
• Degree in Electrical Engineering (for Assistant Manager Electrical) or Mechanical Engineering (for Assistant Manager Mechanical) with minimum 60% marks from a recognized University/Institute approved by AICTE/statutory authority.

Age Limit (as on 15/07/2025):

• Maximum 30 years (born on or after 16/07/1995). Age relaxation: 3 years for OBC (Non-Creamy Layer), 5 years for SC in reserved posts, and as per Govt. norms for PwBD and ex-servicemen, with a maximum age limit of 45 years after relaxations.
